Cookie Policy

How we use cookies and local storage, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 26 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how the ToS & Privacy Summarizer website (tos.atlasinvencivel.pt) and browser extension use cookies and similar local-storage technologies, and how you can control them.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. “Local storage” is a similar browser technology used to keep small amounts of data (such as preferences) on your device. We use both sparingly and only as described below.

What we use

Strictly necessary

The browser extension uses your browser's local storage to keep your credit balance, an anonymous device identifier and your preferences (language, theme). This data stays on your device and is required for the product to work. No tracking cookie is needed to browse this website.

Analytics (first-party)

This website records anonymous, aggregated events — for example clicks on the “Install Chrome Extension” button — to understand how many visitors install the extension. These events do not identify you personally and are not sold or shared for advertising.

Third-party services

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. You can also clear the extension's stored data at any time from its settings page, or by removing the extension. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the product from working.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
